Support Credits

Buying Support Credits provides consultancy for all aspects around the use, installation, configuration or integration of ClassifyIt. The use of Support Credits is an agreement between the customer (you) and ugarbe.de (Ralf Ulrich Garbe). Support Credits can be bought at any time, and can be used for any supporting work, as agreed afterwards between the customer and ugarbe.de. The supporting work will be defined and the amount of Support Credits agreed for that specific supporting work. For illustration the following examples provide a likely amount of Supporting Credits:

- ClassifyIt Configuration Consultancy: normally 1-2 Support Credits
- ClassifyIt Training: normally 4-8 Support Credits (plus extra costs for travel, etc)
- ClassifyIt Installation support: normally 4-20 Support Credits
- Drafting a Classification Marking Policy: normally 10-20 Support Credits
- Classification as a Service: normally 2 Support Credits per month
- Special version of ClassifyIt: depending on customer needs between 5-100 Support Credits

Deinstallation of ClassifyIt

The installation package also creates a uninstall package, however if it is not working or the plug-in needs to be disabled for a while then the following will unregister the ClassifyIt plug-in:

• Open a command prompt with administrator rights: cmd.exe
• Move to the directory where ClassifyIT is installed: cd c:\Program Files\ClassifyIT (or c:\Program Files (x86)\ClassifyIT)
• Unregister the plug-in (this requires admin rights): regsvr32 -u classifyit.dll

Re-Installation of ClassifyIt

If later the plug-in needs to be registered again follow the following steps:

• Open a command prompt with administrator rights: cmd.exe
• Move to the directory where ClassifyIt is installed: cd c:\Program Files\ClassifyIT  (or c:\Program Files (x86)\ClassifyIT)
• Register the plug-in (this require admin rights): regsvr32 classifyit.dll

Prevent ClassifyIt being disabled by a user

In general, Office add-ins can be disabled by a user. To prevent this for Office 2010, the following registry keys need to be created:

Outlook:

Key: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\14.0\Outlook\Security
Value: DontDisplayHKLMAddins (REG_DWORD) set value on 1

Word:

Key: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\14.0\Word\Security
Value: DontDisplayHKLMAddins (REG_DWORD) set value on 1
