ClassifyIt is an integrated set of security classification tools, which add visible security markings and technical labels to documents and files to specify their sensitivity level, such as SECRET or CONFIDENTIAL. ClassifyIt Office
ClassifyIt is a plugin for Office applications such as Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, and can manage easy and complex classification policies, including release markings and interoperability markings.The markings and labels are put on the documents in a consistent manner, and cannot be changed by the user. An export to a pdf file format also maintains the pdf labels.
ClassifyIt integrates in your Office applications and provides an ergonomic and intuitive user interface. Classifications are selected through the handy ClassifyIt menu button and directly shown on the document or email.
CryptIt
CryptIt is a further component integrating with the Office applications, allowing encryption of attachments and files. Encryption options allow between automatic encryption till certificates based encryption.
ClassifyIt Shell
ClassifyIt Shell is an extension of the Microsoft Windows File-Explorer, allowing the classification of all files and providing visual information about the classification of the file.
