ClassifyIt Introduction

ClassifyIt is a security classification tool marking documents and emails to ensure user awareness and handling of sensitive data and support data leakage protection (DLP) mechanisms.
ClassifyIt is your digital marking stamp adding visible security classification markings and technical labels to your documents to identify their sensitivity, such as SECRET, CONFIDENTIAL (any other marking schema can be applied, such as National, TLP, EU, NATO markings).
Use ClassifyIt to mark your data and ensure information classification as required by regulations such as ISO 27001, GDPR, governmental laws, etc.

How

Intuitive. Use the stamp tool to select and apply the proper information classification to your email or document. Each new email and document has this tool integrated and allows an easy and intuitive way to slect the correct classification required.  ClassifyIt protects the selected classification from being tampered, changed or removed.
 

Where

ClassifyIt is a plugin to your Office Applications such as: Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel. Any document generated by those applications will be stamped by ClassifyIt with a visible marking and a technical label.
