Does ClassifyIt work with new Outlook?
The COM add-in targets Windows desktop Office and classic Outlook. New Outlook and browser-based Office are not supported targets.
Which architecture should I install?
The available download is for 64-bit Office. If you need a 32-bit version, request it from support@ugarbe.de. Match the add-in to your Office installation; the operating system architecture alone does not determine the right build.
Can v7.0 recover old .cit files?
No. Keep a compatible older installation and the original keys to recover legacy files, then re-export in CI-TDF.
Why is an export unencrypted?
v7.0 freeware always exports signed, unencrypted CI-TDF containers. Request a licensed evaluation to assess encryption.
